About the Role
The Formats & Unscripted Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering marketing campaigns and maintaining the digital presence of ITV Studios' world-leading formats and unscripted catalogue. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Content, Digital Products and Creative teams, you will create compelling marketing campaigns, develop sales materials and use the ITV Studios website and digital catalogue as key marketing channels, ensuring content, collections and customer journeys remain fresh, engaging and commercially focused. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation, is confident managing digital content and websites, and can spot opportunities to improve how customers discover and engage with our catalogue.

Create marketing assets including presentations, pitch decks, copywriting and campaign materials in collaboration with internal creative teams and external agencies. Build and deliver email marketing campaigns, report on performance and recommend improvements, owning the Unscripted email calendar. Support marketing activity for priority titles and wider catalogue campaigns throughout the year. Produce campaign reports, producer updates and post-market presentations.
Website & Digital Catalogue Management: Take ownership of the Formats and Unscripted areas of the ITV Studios website and digital catalogue, ensuring front and back catalogue content is accurate, engaging and commercially focused. Curate homepage features, collections, promotional rails and seasonal campaigns showcasing priority titles, catalogue themes and commercial opportunities. Develop and execute content plans that drive buyers to the website, increasing engagement with new launches and back catalogue content. Collaborate with Sales, Content and Digital Products teams to identify gaps, improve content discoverability and optimise the customer journey. Monitor website performance and customer behaviour, making recommendations to improve engagement and conversion. Manage marketing information within ContentHub and other content management systems, ensuring assets, metadata and content remain accurate and up to date.
Sales Enablement: Create sales materials supporting buyers throughout the sales cycle, including presentations and promotional assets. Coordinate marketing materials across international markets and respond to customer requests. Support back catalogue marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote library content, develop thematic collections and maximise commercial value.
Events: Support ITV Studios' presence at key international markets and events including ITV Studios Festivals, MIPCOM and Asia Television Forum. Coordinate campaign assets, marketing materials and digital content for events.
