The Marketing Manager will lead their team and support the Head of Marketing in delivering all brand activations and marketing campaigns across the UK and EMEA. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver integrated 360° campaign activations that drive consumer engagement and maximise revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter, setting high standards and acting as a role model for their team.
Key responsibilities include driving franchise growth through two-year growth plans, developing marketing campaigns, collaborating across business functions to identify opportunities, using data and insights to optimise performance, building strong partnerships with agents, retailers and broadcasters, leading B2B brand activations, monitoring franchise performance with KPI reporting, staying informed on competitor activity and industry trends, supporting end-to-end campaign delivery, conducting post-campaign evaluations, championing brand guidelines, and fostering a high-performing team culture through effective leadership.
Experience
Proven experience managing and developing consumer brands in complex business or media environments using advanced marketing techniques. Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels and lead collaboration across organisational boundaries. Experience delivering impactful global brand campaigns and growth plans. Strong team leadership skills within a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications
Desirable but not required: Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Experience leading teams managing delivery through agency resources. Understanding of the broadcasting industry and an interest in creative output.
