About the Role
The Movember Foundation is seeking a Mass Participation Events Manager to lead and deliver large-scale events that engage communities and raise awareness for men’s health. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mass participation events that align with the Foundation’s mission and values. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery, driving participant engagement and fundraising outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global movement while managing impactful events in a dynamic environment.

Experience
Proven experience managing large-scale mass participation events, preferably within the charity or not-for-profit sector. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering events on time and within budget. Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and managing external suppliers.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about men’s health and motivated by making a positive impact. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in event management, marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
