About the Role
Join the Materials Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as an experienced Maintenance Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Support Team Leader, you will support the Direct Maintenance service delivery by ensuring access to necessary materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This role involves working closely with suppliers and operatives to deliver professional, high-quality customer service daily. Your responsibilities will include using various systems to organise, plan, and process data, providing accurate and current information for the team. Daily tasks involve coordinating hire equipment for operatives, processing supplier invoices, purchasing materials, and managing multiple mailboxes. Experience
Experience dealing with suppliers and knowledge of maintenance and materials is desirable. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications
