About the Role
Join a Leading Facilities Management Team! Are you a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer in or around the Enfield area, looking for an exciting opportunity in the facilities management sector? We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, provide technical support and expertise across multiple sites, liaise with customers to deliver outstanding service, and support and mentor apprentices and junior engineers.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred).

About you
Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. IT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectively. Valid UK driving licence (essential).

Qualifications
18th Edition, F-Gas, Test & Inspection.

Additional Information
This is a field-based role, requiring travel between client sites. Weekend work may be required on a rota basis. On-call duty required (1 in 4 weeks).
