Role Overview As a Site Operative, you will: * Work closely with site management and qualified tradespeople. * Contribute to the smooth running of the site. * Be assigned daily and weekly work targets. * Support the team in completing high-quality construction tasks to agreed standards and deadlines. Essential Criteria * Minimum grade 4/5 (C) or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science (for apprenticeships). * A can-do attitude with the drive to learn and develop new skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. * Maturity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues. * A reasonable level of fitness to handle the physical demands of the role.
