About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a well-established M&E contractor delivering a prestigious commercial fit-out project in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Site Manager with strong experience delivering fast-paced CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects within the London commercial market. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the mechanical installation, coordinating labour and subcontractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Manager within the M&E industry
- Strong experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally within Central London
- Good technical understanding of mechanical building services installations
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams on fast-paced projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, drawings and construction programmes

About you
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive approach to programme, quality and problem solving

Qualifications
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS card
- Relevant mechanical trade or engineering background
- First Aid qualification would be advantageous
