About the Role

At BaxterStorey, every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression. We are seeking a Meeting & Events Manager who inspires their team to exceed expectations at every turn.
As part of an exciting events operations team, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and profitability of events. You will manage and coordinate the team during events, working closely with the sales team and clients to deliver seamless experiences.
You will lead front of house operations on assigned events, providing comprehensive briefings to all team members involved. Our events range from small T&C bookings to fine dining dinners, canapés and drinks receptions, afternoon teas, working breakfasts and lunches, buffets for up to 200 guests, and large summits with hundreds of attendees.
We operate Monday to Friday hosting both internal and external events, including unique occasions and delegations from around the world. This role blends tradition with creativity and modern solutions across our London estate.

Experience
Previous experience commensurate with the role is required.
You should have a contagious passion for food and customer service.
Experience managing, training, and supporting a team is essential.
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
