About the Role
Hilldene Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and approachable Midday Assistant to join our caring team. We aim to make the children’s lunchtime experience both positive and active. The successful applicant will engage, motivate and encourage students to participate in lunchtime activities while promoting good social interaction. You will need to be calm, approachable and maintain a positive outlook. We offer a friendly and welcoming work environment with opportunities for training. This is a permanent position with an immediate start.

Experience
No specific experience required, but previous work with children or in a school environment would be advantageous.

About you
Enthusiastic, approachable and calm individual who enjoys working with children. Able to motivate and encourage positive social interaction during lunchtimes. A positive outlook and team spirit are essential.
