About the Role
Drew Primary School, part of the Learning in Harmony Trust, is a welcoming and inclusive school in Silvertown, East London. We are seeking a confident and creative individual to join our Lunchtime Support Team as a Midday Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children during lunchtime, engaging them through play and conversation, and organising structured play activities. The position focuses on maintaining a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can thrive. You will build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, lead and participate in fun activities, and contribute to creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all children over lunch.
