About the Role
White Cube is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design Team, supporting a wide range of projects and stakeholders across digital and print assets. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality creative solutions. Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day artworking tasks, interpreting internal briefs creatively, and producing materials for departments such as Curatorial, Communications, Digital, Bookshop, and Events.
You will create exhibition and art fair PDFs, artwork lists, exhibition copy, wall vinyl for global gallery spaces, digital invitations, bespoke visual outputs for visitor experience, print stationery, branded Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates, digital banner ads, print advertisements, out-of-home adverts, and signage for the gallery shop. You will also be involved in typesetting for print publications and packaging artwork, ensuring a strong understanding of repro and pre-press workflows.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Head of Design and other departments to ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and deadlines. You will contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and advocate for design best practices, helping to maintain a consistent visual identity across all White Cube outputs.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of design experience in a studio, agency, or in-house environment
- Proven experience working within an established visual identity
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Good knowledge of Figma
- Motion graphics skills are welcome but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of print production and creative artwork processes

Qualifications
