About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join the team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The service receives referrals primarily from Hospital Consultants in Trauma & Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Pain, with the majority coming from Trauma & Orthopaedics. This role requires experience treating patients post fracture and post-operative cases including ACL reconstruction, joint arthroplasty, foot and ankle, and upper limb surgery. You will manage both the acute phase and rehabilitation in the outpatient setting. This is a flexible and impactful physiotherapy role within the NHS, offering a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.

Experience
- Proven experience in outpatient MSK physiotherapy
- At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
- Ability to manage large caseloads autonomously

- Excellent clinical reasoning skills to apply appropriate assessment and treatment techniques
- Understanding of professional and legal responsibilities within an MSK outpatient physiotherapy department
- Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences and beliefs
- Excellent communication skills with patients, relatives, staff, and external contacts, including in challenging situations, demonstrating respect and kindness

Qualifications
- Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma
- HCPC Registration
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check
