About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the West London NHS Trust as a Multi-skilled Operative specialising in plumbing. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks within the Estates Department, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plumbing systems across the Trust’s facilities. The role requires a flexible, proactive approach to work and the ability to respond to a variety of maintenance requests. You will work as part of a multi-skilled team, contributing to the upkeep and improvement of the Trust’s estate to support high standards of patient care and safety.

Experience
Relevant experience in plumbing and general maintenance is essential. Experience working within a multi-skilled maintenance team or in a similar environment is desirable.

You will be a reliable, motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are important. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills are also required to meet the diverse needs of the Estates Department.

Qualifications
