About the Role
The King's Trust is seeking a National Programme Director to lead and oversee the delivery of its national initiatives. This senior leadership role involves strategic planning, programme management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the success and growth of the Trust’s programmes across the UK. You will be responsible for driving impact, managing teams, and collaborating with partners to further the organisation’s mission.

Experience
Proven experience in programme or project management at a senior level, preferably within the charity or education sector. Demonstrable success in leading national initiatives and managing multi-disciplinary teams.

About you
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills. Passionate about youth development and social impact. Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is required. Additional qualifications in programme management or leadership are desirable.
