About the Role

Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success, we are seeking Senior Project Managers accredited in NEC3 and NEC4 to support clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects. You will be a leader in the industry, mentoring and developing future Project Managers while working on complex projects and programmes in sectors including Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, and Utilities. Based in our London office, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, helping to transform challenges into successful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, supporting a hybrid working environment and contributing to the growth and success of our infrastructure portfolio.

Experience
- Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across the project lifecycle including project management principles, contract management, leadership, financial management, and health, safety, quality and environmental management.
- Proven experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts, currently or recently engaged as a named Project Manager.
- Experience working on projects in sectors such as Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, and Utilities is highly desirable.
- Beneficial experience includes procurement and managing NEC contracts, managing contractors and consultants, consultancy or client-side project management, and familiarity with public sector or arm’s length bodies related to infrastructure.

Qualifications
- NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager qualification is essential.
- Degree or HND in management, construction, infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
- Professional affiliation or near qualified status with APM, ICE, or similar professional institution.
- Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2 or MSP is preferred.
