Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Salary
£35,951 to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary) depending on experience plus £1,300 ECU allowance*

About the Role
Join London and Quadrant Housing Trust as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and play a key role in delivering an excellent service for residents. You will support the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, consistent service, improve resident satisfaction, and build trust within your patch. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in approximately 500–600 homes aligned with local authority areas. This role requires agile working with 1-2 days office attendance per week. You will be instrumental in ensuring residents have homes they are happy in and will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes. Proven track record of building relationships with residents and colleagues. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.
