About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Neonatal Unit at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust as a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse. You will play a key role in leading and managing the neonatal nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to newborns and their families. The role involves coordinating clinical activities, supporting staff development, and maintaining excellent standards of care within a busy and dynamic environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, family-centred care and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Experience
- Proven experience in neonatal nursing or a related clinical area
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience is desirable but not essential as full support will be provided
