
Location
Crossness STW - SE2 9AQ, field-based covering postcode areas SE1, SE18, SE21, SE24, SE27.
Hours
36 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 9.00 pm. Flexibility within these hours is required to meet operational needs.
Salary
Up to £31,000 per annum depending on experience.

You’ll be at the heart of making our networks cleaner and safer, helping customers, communities, and the environment thrive. As a Network Protection Investigator, you will actively reduce blockages, sewage flooding, and pollution by working closely with customers to solve waste network issues following a proven engagement process. You will be the sole worker for your area, visiting and educating customers daily on grease management and correct waste disposal to prevent the formation of 'Fatbergs'. You will be provided with a company vehicle for business use and a fuel card.

Experience
Experience working with and managing diverse customer relationships is essential.
About you
Confident and persuasive communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
Dedicated and able to work independently, managing your own time effectively to deliver results.
Team player who can collaborate and support team objectives while managing workload remotely.
Ability to use an Android smartphone and basic knowledge of MS Office (training provided).
Clean driving licence essential due to travel across multiple areas.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. Desirable knowledge of the sewer network, but training will be provided.
