In this role, you will lead and supervise your shift, case manage residents, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered. You will be responsible for administering and recording medication, carrying out risk assessments, and working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring they remain as active and independent as possible.

You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop services and provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Hadrian House in Gateshead is a warm and welcoming care home offering cosy lounges, beautifully furnished ensuite bedrooms, delicious meals, and plenty of fun activities. Experience
Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication.
Good understanding of care planning processes.

Qualifications
