About the Role
Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition and people are at the core of everything we do! As the Nursery Front of House, you will be an ambassador for our values and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture. You’ll be the first point of contact for families with Kido and continue to ensure their experience at the nursery is a true success. You will maintain communication, provide expertise, knowledge and support as children develop and grow with Kido.

Working closely with the Management team and educators, you will ensure the smooth running of the nursery by managing various business operations including administrative and financial tasks. You will also play a key role in promoting our community presence through open days and events, helping to build an interactive, fun and supportive community within the nursery and raising awareness locally.

Your responsibilities may include supporting sales and enquiries, enrolment and membership queries, marketing activities, and acting as the primary point of contact for anyone reaching out to the nursery directly.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in a similar front of house or administrative role within a nursery or childcare setting is desirable but not essential. A willingness to go the extra mile for children and families is essential.

About you
You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment. You enjoy working collaboratively with a team and have strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively. You are enthusiastic about building community engagement and supporting the growth of the nursery.

Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
There are no specific qualification requirements for this role, but experience or training in childcare, administration or customer service would be advantageous.
