About the Role

You will be a positive role model, inspiring outstanding teaching and learning every day, and leading your team’s performance reviews by giving supportive feedback, setting clear SMART goals, and encouraging growth. Working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), you will ensure the safety and welfare of all children is always prioritised. You will lead an ambitious curriculum for your room, striving for outstanding education delivery, and ensure the key person approach is well embedded so every child has both a key person and a buddy key person. Experience
Experience in early years education or childcare leadership is desirable to effectively lead a nursery room and inspire a team.

Qualifications
