Experience
Strong organisational development and/or HR experience in a complex organisation, with evidence of delivering practical workforce, culture or inclusion improvements.
Experience working confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence change, shape solutions and support delivery.
Ability to diagnose organisational issues, design effective OD interventions and follow them through to measurable outcomes.
About you
A clear commitment to embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into workforce practice, decision-making and organisational culture.
A practical, solutions-focused approach, using insight and data to inform decisions, prioritise activity and track impact.
Motivated by turning ideas into practical action and creating measurable impact.
