About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a diverse team with professionals from various health and social care organisations, supporting the creation and delivery of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programme across North Central London (NCL), reaching approximately 80,000 colleagues. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the rollout of this statutory training programme effectively. Key responsibilities include raising awareness of the statutory requirements, supporting clear communication, and ensuring efficient delivery, control, planning, and reporting of the initiative. You will provide a comprehensive and coordinated support service to the NCL Integrated Care Board (ICB) Learning Disability and Autism Programme. The post holder will ensure that the portfolio of tasks and projects is planned, managed, and delivered effectively. Additionally, you will support and inform the targeting of resources, monitor implementation, and evaluate tasks and projects by providing high-quality support including complex information and analysis, communications, and stakeholder management.

Experience
Experience working within health or social care settings or in project administration is desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant administrative or project management qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and develop within the role is required.
