About the Role
As an Educational Mental Health/Child Wellbeing Practitioner, you will manage a caseload and provide mental healthcare services to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. You will conduct holistic mental health assessments and work collaboratively with Primary Mental Health, CAMHS, Schools, and GPs to deliver high quality, brief, outcome-focused, evidence-based practice. Additionally, you will develop, support, and train Child Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs), Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs), and other colleagues in innovative, evidence-based approaches both within and outside the organization. You will also provide support to junior colleagues under the guidance of senior staff, contributing to a supportive and effective team environment.

Experience
Experience working with children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties is essential. Experience in delivering evidence-based mental health interventions and working collaboratively with multi-agency teams is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field are required. Training or experience in evidence-based mental health interventions for children and young people is essential.
