About the Role
Join Apolitical as an Online Community Manager and play a key role in building and nurturing a vibrant global community of public servants and policymakers. You will be responsible for managing online platforms, engaging members, and driving meaningful conversations that support knowledge sharing and collaboration. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to community management, ensuring that members feel valued and connected while helping to grow the community’s reach and impact.

Experience
Proven experience in online community management or a similar role, ideally within a digital or public sector environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, community engagement strategies, and content moderation.

About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Passionate about public service and digital engagement.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or related fields is preferred but not essential.
