About the Role
Principal Tutors is a multi-award winning tutoring business providing one-to-one online tuition for pupils across the UK and internationally. We are seeking qualified politics teachers interested in part-time, flexible online tutoring roles. You will deliver personalised, high-quality one-to-one politics tuition online, with full autonomy on how to deliver content and support your pupils. Tutors can teach up to A level politics and ideally also GCSE government and politics or citizenship studies. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. DBS checks are required in most cases, with assistance provided if needed.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years teaching politics at secondary level (KS3 and GCSE) in UK or British International schools. Experience teaching up to A level politics is essential. Tutors able to teach GCSE government and politics or citizenship studies are encouraged to apply.

About you
IT literate with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum for politics is required. You should be motivated to work independently and deliver engaging, personalised tuition online.

Qualifications
University Bachelor’s degree minimum. Teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or equivalent is required.
