Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the overall responsibility for the delivery of operational services, including but not limited to: Restaurant and coffee bars, Hospitality; client and conference services, logistics, and overall culinary experience. You will lead project coordination across all London and Birmingham operational activities, manage ongoing projects, and collaborate effectively with other onsite vendor teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining all SOPs and records, ensuring they are up-to-date, and assisting in implementing bespoke service initiatives tailored to client expectations.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working within a team, with strong organisational and time management skills. Previous experience within a contract catering environment is desirable.

About You
You are organised, able to prioritise workloads effectively, and enjoy working as part of a team. You are proactive and able to act promptly on last-minute requests, with a keen desire to learn and progress.

Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders. Any health and safety or project management accreditations would be desirable.
