We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our amazing team in Central London. In this role, you will support the overall responsibility for the delivery of operational services, including but not limited to: restaurant and coffee bars, hospitality, client and conference services, logistics, and overall culinary experience. You will lead project coordination across all London and Birmingham operational activities, manage communication within the operation teams, collaborate with other onsite vendor teams, and assist in implementing bespoke service initiatives tailored to client expectations.

Experience
Proven experience working within a team; previous experience within a contract catering environment is desirable.

Organised with good time management skills, able to prioritise workload effectively. Enjoy working as a team, keen to learn and progress. Able to work using own initiative and act proactively to last-minute requests.

Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Outlook. Any health and safety or project management accreditations would be desirable.
