About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator at Small Axe, you will join a multidisciplinary, integrated, and highly collaborative team focused on winning progressive campaigns. - Facilities and technology: managing office operations including facilities, security, tools, technology, health and safety, supplies procurement, organising repairs and maintenance, managing subscriptions and equipment, and acting as the primary contact for tech support.
- HR and team culture: coordinating logistics for internal and external events, supporting HR processes and policies, and upholding data protection, cyber security and safeguarding standards.
- Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding: assisting senior team with recruitment and onboarding, and helping grow the network of collaborators such as filmmakers, copywriters, producers, creatives and web developers.
- Client services: supporting project leads with campaign project management including contracts, budgets, capacity planning, and project evaluation.
- Special projects: managing small or discrete projects across all areas of operations and performing other duties as required.
