About the Role
As an Operations Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the EA & ES services to ensure seamless delivery of patient care. You will monitor and manage workflow, ensuring staffing and service levels meet patient demand, acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues and resolving them efficiently. Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams, you will maintain smooth service operations and provide basic IT troubleshooting for site systems, hardware, and software to minimise service disruptions. You will implement service delivery in line with standard operating procedures.
You will manage rotas for permanent and locum staff, coordinate inductions and onboarding, support staff performance through coaching and feedback, and monitor attendance, leave, and contractual compliance. Additionally, you will ensure all sites maintain adequate stock levels of medical supplies, PPE, and equipment, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate timely ordering and replenishment, and work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues promptly.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience will be a key part of your role.
