About the Role
The Outpatient Co-ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of outpatient services at Acton Health Centre. This position involves coordinating patient appointments, managing communications between clinical teams and patients, and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient experience and service efficiency.

Experience
Relevant experience in healthcare administration or outpatient coordination is desirable. Experience working within the NHS or a similar healthcare environment is advantageous.
