About the Role
This is a temporary 6-month fixed-term contract role. You will work as a Damp and Mould operative with Painting and Decorating qualifications on our Westminster contract. Your responsibilities will include delivering emergency, responsive, and planned mould treatments alongside painting and decorating tasks in both occupied and void properties. Tasks include mould treatments, glossing, emulsion, and papering. You will ensure effective preparation techniques and produce “perfect” finishes on all applications. Providing exceptional customer service is essential, ensuring customers always come first. You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Experience
Experience working in both occupied and void properties is essential. Proven ability to deliver high-quality repairs on time and to a high standard. Good knowledge of damp treatments is required.

Qualifications
Relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, C&G Craft or Level 2 in a relevant trade or equivalent, or working towards this. CSCS Blue Card or working towards. Must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
