About the Role
As Participation Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the Participation department providing comprehensive support to the Participation Producer and the wider team. You will act as a central point of communication within the organisation for all upcoming Participation projects including Almeida For Free, our Young Companies, and community projects. This role requires someone who enjoys organisational and administrative tasks, is confident and personable when communicating, and has an interest in working with young people, schools, and community groups. The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Experience
Experience in organisational and administrative roles is desirable. Confidence in communication and working with young people, schools, and community groups is important.

About you
You are organised, personable, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team. You have a genuine interest in community engagement and participation projects. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications
