About the Role
The Partnerships Officer will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of the Transforming People Services (TPS) programme by coordinating engagement and partnership activities with Trade Unions and key workforce stakeholders across the NHS. As part of one of the NHS's largest and most complex HR transformation programmes, this role ensures effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement to support the achievement of programme objectives. The postholder will act as a key point of contact for Trade Union representatives and wider stakeholders, supporting partnership working across the programme.

Working closely with the Partnerships Lead, programme teams and colleagues across NHS England, the Partnerships Officer will coordinate engagement activities, maintain stakeholder information, support meetings and consultations, and ensure stakeholder feedback is captured, analysed and reflected in programme delivery. Responsibilities include supporting the planning and delivery of partnership engagement activities, coordinating meetings, consultations and communications, and building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and timely information sharing.

Experience
Experience working within partnership or stakeholder engagement environments, preferably within large or complex organisations. Familiarity with Trade Union engagement and HR transformation programmes is desirable.
