Within the specialist Performance & Engagement arm, we are a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team dedicated to building a culture of continuous development and open feedback. We value clarity, creative problem-solving, and seamless operational delivery to ensure every ITV colleague has the support they need to succeed.
As a People Development Coordinator - Performance & Engagement, you will be central to our performance management and engagement operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth and effective running of systems, logistics, query management, and internal campaigns. Key day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Supporting the smooth running of ITV's performance management process, providing hands-on system support, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining colleague support materials.
- Supporting colleague engagement surveys from system setup through to rollout, preparing reports, and supporting the internal Ambassador network.
- Responding to employee and stakeholder queries in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
- Organising logistics for in-person and virtual R&D events and activities, including room bookings, AV setup, calendar invites, and on-the-day support.
- Maintaining and updating performance and engagement content across MyITV (the intranet).
- Assisting with presentation creation (Google Slides) and preparing participation status reports for senior stakeholders.
- Managing internal and external correspondence, raising and tracking Purchase Orders (POs), and building strong business relationships.
- Flexing across the broader Resourcing & Development and HR teams to support ad-hoc projects and activities as required.
