About the Role
Pod Point is seeking a People Operations Specialist on a 14 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be a key part of the People team, supporting the delivery of smooth and efficient HR operations across the business. You will manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and contribute to enhancing the employee experience. Experience
- Proven experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience managing HR systems and employee data with accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications
- Relevant HR qualification or CIPD accreditation is desirable but not essential
