About the Role
The People Participation Worker will play a vital role in engaging service users and carers in the development and improvement of services within East London NHS Foundation Trust. This position involves working collaboratively with teams to ensure that the voices of children, young people, and families are heard and integrated into service planning and delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to facilitate participation activities that empower service users to contribute meaningfully to the Trust’s work.
