About the Role
We are seeking a commercially focused People Partner to support M+C Saatchi Group's Shared Services functions and UK Specialisms. This permanent role reports into the UK Senior People Partner and works closely with Senior Leaders across Shared Services and UK Specialisms. This is a varied and multifaceted position within an ambitious and energised People team, responsible for executing core processes and projects that support the delivery of the global people strategy.
Key responsibilities include delivering the Global People Strategy by aligning local plans with broader regional and group strategies, providing proactive partnership and counsel to leaders, coaching managers and leadership on people issues, and supporting performance and talent management processes. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, coordinating onboarding and wellbeing initiatives, and leading or supporting key people projects such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and wellbeing.
The People Partner will collaborate closely with People Operations to ensure seamless HR process delivery and advocate for effective use of HR systems like Work Day. This role requires a hands-on approach to administrative tasks and project coordination, contributing to a positive and inclusive employee experience across the business.
Experience
Demonstrable experience designing and delivering People plans that support business priorities and drive change. Significant experience in a People Partner or related role with a track record of impact and material change. Experience working in fast-paced, transformational environments is preferred. Prior exposure to communications, media, professional services, or technology industries is advantageous but not essential. Proven ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate expertise across a broad spectrum of HR topics including Employee Relations, Talent Development, Reward, DE&I, and People Operations.
