Join Birdie Care as a People & Talent Ops Partner and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our talent operations. You will work closely with HR and business teams to streamline people processes, improve employee experience, and ensure smooth talent management operations. Experience
Proven experience in people operations, talent management, or HR support roles is preferred. Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders is advantageous.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company is key.
