About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician/Dispenser at Penrose Health, you will support the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of medications across our services. Working closely with pharmacists and the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT), you will manage prescription workflows, monitor medication safety, and contribute to cost-effective prescribing. This essential role ensures patients receive the right medication at the right time while maintaining compliance with clinical and organisational standards.

Experience
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential. A commitment to accuracy and patient safety is critical.

You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are important. You have a proactive approach to supporting clinical staff and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications
Relevant pharmacy technician or dispensing qualifications are preferred. Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant experience and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
