As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Integrated Solutions Delivery Assurance team during an exciting period of growth. You will manage project plans from inception through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction phases, ensuring delivery in line with overall programmes and agreed milestones.

You will promote Mace's core values including Safety First by exhibiting visible safety behaviours and championing health, safety, and wellbeing within your team. You will ensure quality systems are managed to deliver service excellence and maintain client focus by delivering on promises.

Integrity is paramount; you will manage project budgets, identify risks and mitigations, and support the sustainable development of your Business Unit. You will foster a diverse and inclusive working environment and take ownership of upholding Mace’s values.

Collaboration is key as you manage design and consultant teams, stakeholders, and project teams to achieve strategic KPIs. You will actively network and leverage Mace Group’s Centres of Excellence, Knowledge Hub, and other resources to deliver best practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-energy infrastructure consultancy environment delivering unique and impactful programmes. Flexible, part-time, and hybrid working options may be considered depending on geography and business approval.

Experience
- Proven experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes within property or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience working within large, diverse project teams.
- Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations influence project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional or personal development.
