About the Role
The King's Trust is seeking a dedicated Philanthropy Manager to lead and develop our fundraising initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders, managing philanthropic campaigns, and supporting the Trust’s mission to empower young people. You will work closely with the leadership team to create innovative strategies that enhance donor engagement and secure sustainable funding for our programs.

Experience
Proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or a related role within the charitable sector is essential. Demonstrated success in managing donor relationships and delivering fundraising targets is highly desirable.

You are a motivated and strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about making a difference through charitable work. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in fundraising, charity management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Commitment to ongoing professional development is expected.
