In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will oversee the production of dishes assigned to your station, maintain high quality standards for presentation and taste, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and equipment, and communicate effectively with your team to support a smooth operation.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
