About the Role

We have exciting opportunities for Planners / Planning Engineers of all levels to join our busy and expanding Infrastructure business, supporting a major London-based airport to deliver a range of high value projects. Due to the complex nature of the works involved, these roles suit planning professionals with previous aviation or airport experience and proven track records of successful delivery in major international airport environments.
The main purpose of the role is to maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), providing a robust schedule for the sub-programme work scope and integrating it into the overall programme through dependency milestones. Responsibilities include advising contractors on schedule structure and content, supporting schedule input processes, producing schedule reports to communicate status effectively, assessing impacts of baseline changes on time and cost, reviewing PMIs and their implementation within contractor schedules, and supporting the development of planning working practices for the sub-programme. All work is carried out in adherence to client processes and sub-programme working practices.
Experience
Proven experience in P6 schedule development and administration, detailed schedule development, assuring design and contractor schedules, schedule risk analysis, schedule interface management, and accepted programme management under NEC. Previous experience working in airport or aviation environments is an advantage.
About you
You are a planning professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules. You have excellent communication skills to advise contractors and support effective schedule reporting. You are proactive in supporting the development of planning practices and adhere strictly to client and programme processes.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in planning, project management or related disciplines are desirable to support your ability to carry out the role effectively.
