About the Role
This is a secured role due to commence in September, subject to approval. At Mace, we aim to redefine the boundaries of ambition by creating responsible places that bring transformative impact to people, communities, and societies globally. Since 2014, Mace has partnered with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) on over 300 projects across the HM Prison Estate, ranging from capital maintenance improvements to delivering new build prisons such as HMP Five Wells and Fosse Way. As Estates Delivery Partner (EDP), we continue to deliver additional prison places through expansions and new prisons under the New Prisons Capacity programme.

This role requires BPSS security clearance and involves working closely with senior stakeholders to lead and maintain exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance. You will champion a diverse and inclusive working environment, prioritise wellbeing, and support the long-term success of Planning performance across sectors and hubs. You will manage key assignments, support tender planning and scheduling, and contribute to strategic contract development and business growth. You will foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration within the project team and with clients and stakeholders.

Our values underpin everything we do: Safety first - ensuring everyone goes home safe and well; Client focus - delivering on our promises; Integrity - always doing the right thing; and Creating opportunity - enabling our people to excel.
