We are seeking an exceptional Principal Front End Developer to architect our front-end ecosystem and lead our team into an AI-native future. This role combines hands-on development with strategic leadership, driving innovation in user interfaces while mentoring a talented front-end team in adopting AI-native workflows.

As Principal Front End Developer, you will shape our front-end architecture, collaborate closely with backend and product teams to ensure architectural alignment, and elevate UI development standards. You will champion agentic coding workflows, influence the product roadmap, and ensure our UI components are scalable, secure, and performant. These components represent the primary interface for our clients and their customers, making your role critical to our success.

Our technical stack includes React, Playwright, Vite, Node.js, Java, and Spring. Experience in aggregation businesses or open banking is highly advantageous. Experience
- Proven leadership and mentorship of front-end teams, driving technical excellence and adoption of AI-native development workflows.
- Expertise in architecting and overseeing front-end ecosystems with a focus on UI development, accessibility, scalability, and security.
- Strong collaboration skills to liaise with backend and product teams ensuring architectural alignment and seamless integration.
- Extensive experience building complex, high-performance single-page applications (SPAs) and championing agentic coding workflows.
- Skilled in defining technical standards, code review processes, and performance optimization.
- Experience partnering with Product Management to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Background in financial services or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
