London (Stratford or Morden Road, CR4 4DA - office opening later this year) or Manchester. Hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours expected to be worked from the reporting office/working location. Frequent travel to London is expected.

About the Role
Join London and Quadrant Housing Trust as a forward-thinking Process Architect leading the design, improvement, and governance of business processes. You will play a key role in shaping the Target Operating Model and driving meaningful change across the organisation. Your work will focus on boosting efficiency, embedding best practices such as Lean and Six Sigma, and aligning business architecture with L&Q’s overall strategy.
You will be part of an agile, high-performing, and values-driven team central to L&Q’s programme of change, helping to realise the five-year Corporate Strategy, L&Q Future Shape. Collaborating closely with teams across Technology, Data, HR, and Strategy, you will strengthen enterprise architecture to ensure processes deliver excellent outcomes for customers and the business.
L&Q’s Corporate Strategy emphasises operational excellence, aiming to deliver the best total cost solutions through reliable, consistent, and repeatable products and services. This role is vital in ensuring customers know what to expect and that L&Q consistently delivers on those expectations.

Experience
- Proven leadership and experience in business process design, improvement, and architecture within complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimisation methodologies.
- Experience working across business functions to deliver enterprise-wide change.
