£29,349 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Process Technician to join our team at Greenwich Storm SPS. You do not need a background in the waste or water industry. We welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas. This role is an essential front-line position, critical to the operation of our business. Every day is different; you will work in all weather conditions carrying out a range of tasks across multiple sites to ensure the essential functions of our sewage treatment works operate effectively to maintain supply to our customers and protect the environment.

Your responsibilities will include planned preventative maintenance of equipment to support plant operation, carrying out scheduled maintenance work on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience, operating and cleaning plant and equipment to maintain operational and health and safety standards, attending to reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure, keeping sites clean and tidy, undertaking safety and security checks, and performing daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.

Experience
No previous experience in the waste or water industry is required. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role, but a full UK driver's licence is essential.
