About the Role
Natterbox builds AI communications that elevate human-led customer conversations, integrated with Salesforce and the wider CRM stack. In this role, you will own the commercial vision for Observability, which is a platform rather than a single product. You will be responsible for both the portfolio of apps built on the platform and the underlying data products: the services that capture, model, and expose signal from AI-assisted conversations. These data services also power our AI agents through the agent builder programme.

You will own the commercial product vision for the Observability platform and the roadmap to deliver it. This includes managing the portfolio of apps on the platform and the data products beneath them, which capture and expose conversational signals for apps, other teams, and AI agents to consume. You will lead discovery and delivery with engineering, from problem framing through to shipped product, while also owning the market and revenue case for your track.

At Natterbox, Product is a small, senior team with a flat structure. You will own your track end to end, work directly with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams, and be trusted to make key decisions. Our engineering is AI-accelerated, raising the standard expected of product judgement rather than lowering it.

Experience
- Owned a commercial product vision, shaping product direction and managing the backlog to deliver it.
- Built data products such as data models, pipelines, or services consumed by other products and teams, not just the apps built on top of them.
- Demonstrated commitment to design-led product development and good UX, both for the apps shipped and for the teams building on your data products.
- Sufficient technical credibility to collaborate closely with engineering on data, modelling, and telemetry.

Strategic thinker with strong product judgement and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Passionate about AI-driven products and delivering exceptional user experiences. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, senior product environment with a flat team structure.
