About the Role
Trade Nation is a global CFD and spread betting brokerage operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions. We build the platforms, back-office systems and data infrastructure that let traders act with confidence and let the business operate with integrity at scale. We are hiring a Product Manager for our Ops, Governance & Compliance vertical — the product surface where regulatory obligation, operational efficiency and data integrity meet.

In this role, you will work across back-office systems, data flows and integrations that support governance, compliance, risk and operational processes to achieve the vertical’s aims: high regulatory compliance across licensed jurisdictions, operational efficiency through automation, and a clean, single-source customer database.

This role offers room to grow. You will own delivery within the vertical from day one and develop into full ownership of its roadmap and outcomes, partnering closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations and Finance stakeholders.

Who we are
Trade Nation is a market-leading, low-cost broker founded in 2014 with headquarters in London and offices across Europe, South Africa, Asia-Pacific and key offshore regions. Our platform is available in 14 languages, making it accessible worldwide. Built on transparency and trust, and driven by our people, we focus on helping customers trade more effectively by keeping costs low, cutting unnecessary complexity and using technology to put traders first.

Our commitments to each other
We support each other when it matters most, challenge each other to be more creative and bold, thrive together by taking our work to the next level, form strong bonds through team building and social events, foster a culture of teaching and learning, and take ownership while supporting each other.

Responsibilities
Own delivery of features and improvements within the vertical, collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners and Technical Squads throughout the product development cycle (Ideation → Planning → Definition & Design → Development → Launch).
Translate regulatory obligations and operational needs from GRC, Finance and regional compliance leads into clear, testable product requirements.
Identify high-cost manual processes such as reconciliations, withdrawals and case handling, and deliver automation that drives measurable efficiency gains.
Contribute to data-integrity initiatives aimed at maintaining a clean, single-source customer record.
Lead and shape the vertical's roadmap, presenting prioritisation to the Roadmap Committee and managing a continuous improvement backlog.
Build trusted working relationships with Compliance, Risk, Operations and Finance stakeholders.
Define and monitor metrics for delivered work, reporting delivery and risk status clearly.
Grow towards full ownership of the vertical's roadmap, trade-offs and outcomes.

Requirements

Experience
2–4 years in product management with a proven track record of shipping regulated B2C products.
Experience in regulated, data-heavy or operationally complex environments such as regulated fintech, payments, neobanking, crypto, or complex e-commerce with compliance exposure.
Comfortable treating regulatory and operational requirements as core inputs, with the appetite to deeply understand a complex domain.
Ability to reason about data flows, integrations and data quality, and to define meaningful metrics.
Strong stakeholder management skills with non-product functions (Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance) and the directness to make and defend decisions.
Organised and delivery-focused, motivated by transforming manual processes into clean automated solutions.
Growth mindset with readiness to own a product vertical, its roadmap and outcomes.

About you
Proactive and collaborative, able to build trusted relationships across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment requiring cross-functional coordination.
Committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience in financial services, brokerage or CFD/spread-betting sectors.
Familiarity with KYC/AML, transaction monitoring or regulatory reporting regimes.
Experience operating across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
Hands-on experience with back-office platforms and client management systems.
